Programme terms

1. 1.You earn 30% of every payment a customer you referred makes in the 12 months after their first payment - subscriptions and passes alike. While 10 or more of your customers have an active subscription at the same time, payments earn 40%.
2. 2.A customer is yours when they sign up within 60 days of clicking your link (the last partner link they clicked counts), or type your code in their dashboard within 14 days of signing up. An account is credited once, for good.
3. 3.Your audience gets a 14-day free live trial instead of 7.
4. 4.A commission becomes payable 30 days after the payment. A refund or card dispute cancels it; if it was already paid out, it is deducted from your next payout.
5. 5.Payouts are made monthly, in the first week of the month, by bank transfer or PayPal, once you are owed at least €50. Smaller amounts carry over.
6. 6.Not allowed: referring yourself or accounts you control (payments with your own card earn nothing), spam, paid search ads on the name Ampeld, pretending to be Ampeld, and promising profits or guaranteed results. Ampeld is a tool that shows modelled stop-loss clusters - not a signal service or investment advice.
7. 7.Mark your posts as advertising or a paid partnership, as the law and each platform require.
8. 8.You act as an independent partner, not as our employee or agent, and may not make promises or statements on our behalf. Commissions are calculated and paid in euros.
9. 9.We can pause or end an affiliate account that breaks these terms, and withhold commissions from fraudulent or self-referred payments. Commissions earned on genuine customers are paid. Our general Terms of Service (ampeld.com/terms) also apply.
10. 10.Taxes on your commissions are yours to handle; a business may need to send us an invoice.
11. 11.We may change these terms with 30 days' notice by email. Changes never reduce commissions already earned.
