1. Information We Collect

To provide you with secure access to our Web Trading Terminal and REST API, we collect the minimum necessary data to maintain operations:

  • Account Data: E-mail address and name during OAuth authentication (such as Google Sign-In) or registration.
  • License Data: Active billing plans, Stripe checkout logs, and unique API access tokens.
  • Optional Data: Custom variables like Discord usernames (if entered by choice for Discord integration).
  • Analytics Data: If you accept analytics cookies, anonymized usage statistics (pages viewed, device and browser type) collected via Google Analytics. No analytics run until you opt in.

2. How We Use Your Information

Your data is processed strictly for the following operational needs:

  • To verify valid active software license subscriptions and authenticate access to terminal servers.
  • To securely process payments and subscriptions through our certified partner, Stripe.
  • To deliver high-priority service announcements, billing updates, or critical network status alerts.

3. Financial Security & Stripe

All billing information, credit card processing, and subscription renewals are handled directly and securely by Stripe Inc.

Ampeld never collects, processes, or stores your actual credit card details or bank account information on our servers. Stripe processes all payments in a fully PCI-DSS compliant manner, and our servers only receive encrypted status webhooks verifying that payments succeeded or subscriptions canceled.

4. Data Sharing & Third-Parties

We do not sell, rent, or lease your personal information to third-parties. Your information is only shared with trusted service providers strictly necessary to execute operations:

  • Stripe: For credit card payment processing and subscription billing.
  • Google OAuth: For secure passwordless identity authentication.
  • Google Analytics: For anonymized, consent-gated usage analytics (IP anonymization enabled). Loaded only after you accept analytics cookies.

5.Cookies & Consent

We use essential local storage to keep you signed in and remember your active license. Analytics cookies (Google Analytics) are strictly optional and load only after you click “Accept” on our cookie banner — you can decline with no loss of functionality. Clearing your browser storage resets your choice.

6. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures (such as SSL/TLS encryption, secure database networks, and tokenized API authorizations) to safeguard all captured metrics and ensure that your data is fully protected from unauthorized access or disclosures.

The data controller is Advanced Solutions OÜ (registry code 11050892, VAT EE100998410), a company registered in Estonia, which operates Ampeld. You can reach us at support@ampeld.com.

Under the GDPR you have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, and to withdraw analytics consent at any time (via the cookie banner). We process account and license data on the basis of performing our contract with you, and analytics on the basis of your consent.

We retain account, license, and billing records for as long as your account is active and thereafter only as required by applicable tax and accounting law, after which they are deleted. If you believe we have mishandled your data, you may lodge a complaint with the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate (Andmekaitse Inspektsioon, aki.ee).
