Terms of Service
Last Updated: May 28, 2026
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Ampeld website (https://ampeld.com), our Interactive Web Trading Terminal, or our REST API services (collectively, the "Software"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are strictly prohibited from using our services.
2. Strict Financial Disclaimer
Ampeld is a software development and data visualization company. We are NOT financial advisors, registered brokers, or wealth managers.
All data, stop-loss clusters, Volume Profiles, Cumulative Volume Delta (CVD) indicators, Fair Value Gaps (FVG), high-timeframe (HTF) levels, and algorithmic trajectory projection paths generated by the Software are purely the outputs of mathematical models and calculations based on public market historical data.
All content, visuals, and metrics are provided strictly for educational, informational, and research purposes. No information provided by the Software or web terminal constitutes investment advice, financial advice, or a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any security, cryptocurrency, contract, or derivative.
3. High-Risk Trading Warning
Financial trading (including Forex, Cryptocurrencies, Stocks, Indices, and Commodities) carries an extremely high level of risk and is not suitable for all investors. The use of leverage (margin trading) can work against you as well as for you, and can result in the rapid loss of your entire capital.
You are 100% responsible for your own trading decisions and any financial losses incurred.
Before deciding to trade financial markets, you should carefully consider your investment objectives, level of experience, and risk appetite. You should only trade with money you can afford to lose.
4. Limitation of Liability
The Software and data are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis, without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to the accuracy, completeness, timeliness, or uninterrupted availability of market data.
In no event shall Ampeld, its founders, developers, employees, or partners be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, or consequential financial losses, lost profits, or data corruption arising from your use of or inability to use the Software, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
5. Subscriptions, Payments & Refund Policy
We offer paid software subscriptions (monthly or annual) for the Premium Web Terminal and Pro API Access, processed securely through Stripe.
We back every paid plan with a 7-day money-back guarantee: if a license isn't right for you, email us within 7 days of purchase for a full refund — no questions asked. After 7 days, purchases are non-refundable given the immediate digital delivery and non-tangible nature of the software. You may cancel annual subscriptions at any time via the Customer Billing Portal inside the terminal to prevent future automatic renewals.
EU/EEA consumers — 14-day right of withdrawal. If you are a consumer in the EU/EEA, you normally have a statutory 14-day right to withdraw from a distance contract. Because the Web Terminal and API grant access immediately upon purchase, by completing checkout you expressly request that performance begin at once and acknowledge that you thereby lose your 14-day right of withdrawal once access has been provided. This statutory framework does not affect our more flexible voluntary 7-day money-back guarantee above, which applies regardless.
